We're looking for a dependable, friendly person who enjoys creating a fun, welcoming, and safe guest experience. No axe-throwing experience is required—we provide training.

- Starting pay: $15 per hour
- Schedule: Primarily Friday and Saturday afternoons and evenings, including closing duties
- Occasional additional hours may be available for Thursday seasonal shifts, private parties, and special events
- Applicants must be at least 18 years old
What You'll Do
- Welcome and check in guests
- Process reservations and payments using RKD software
- Confirm that required waivers have been completed
- Explain axe-throwing safety rules
- Demonstrate basic throwing techniques
- Monitor guests and consistently enforce safety policies
- Help guests use the scoring system
- Keep sessions running on schedule
- Reset and clean lanes and guest areas
- Complete opening and closing duties
Who We're Looking For
- Dependable, punctual, honest, and trustworthy
- Friendly and comfortable speaking to individuals and groups
- Calm, observant, and able to enforce safety rules respectfully
- Comfortable using computers, tablets, reservation software, and payment terminals
- Willing to clean, organize, and help wherever needed
- Able to stand and remain active for most of a shift
- Consistently available for Friday and Saturday evening work
Training and Perks
- No previous axe-throwing experience is required
- Training in safety, guest instruction, RKD reservations and payments, and the Axe Arcade scoring system
- Complimentary employee axe throwing during approved non-peak times
