One invitation. Your guest list, handled.
Book your event, pay any deposit requested by Summit, then share your RSVP link with the team. Guests respond and complete their waivers. Your private organizer page keeps the headcount and waiver status together, so you and Summit can prepare for the people coming.

A year-end celebration with room to play
Give everyone a turn at the target. Summit’s coached lanes give coworkers a shared activity for a Christmas party, staff appreciation night or year-end celebration. All axes and coaching are provided; closed-toed shoes are required.
Start with your preferred date and expected number of throwers. A bay pairs two lanes for up to 12 throwers; the full venue has eight lanes for up to 48. For a weekday gathering, whole-venue rental or time outside public hours, confirm availability and pricing with Summit.
Confirm your date, pay your deposit, invite the team
Send Summit your preferred date, time, expected number of throwers and any setup requests through the party form. The team will confirm availability and the event price. Once your event is booked, you receive the guest RSVP link and a separate private organizer link.
Deposits are set by Summit for each event, rather than automatically charged at booking. When Summit requests one, you receive a secure payment link with the amount and a message from the venue. Your private organizer page shows the request and its payment status. Confirm the balance due and cancellation terms with Summit before paying.
After booking, share the guest RSVP link by email or in your team chat. Keep the separate organizer link private. You can check who is coming, who declined, who has not responded and which waivers are complete without keeping a separate spreadsheet.
Give Summit the details before the day
Use the organizer page to keep your attendance count current, and send Summit your final headcount, arrival time and setup requests before the event. The venue team can see the event roster and waiver status too, helping them prepare the right lanes for your group.
Tell Summit if you need the party space, food delivery, a caterer, a short welcome speech or brewery service. Bring your own food or arrange delivery; Happy Street Brü Werks service for a private rental needs prior notice. Setup requests need confirmation from Summit.

Make the holiday meal part of the plan
Bring your team’s food, order downtown takeout or discuss a catered delivery with Summit. Confirm party-space access, delivery timing and any setup before the day. Happy Street Brü Werks offers beer and hard seltzer on site; brewery service for a private rental needs prior notice.
Use your RSVP headcount to plan food and share practical details with employees: arrival time, closed-toed shoes, parking and the waiver link. Check the organizer page before the event and confirm the final plan with Summit.
Put the holiday party on the calendar
Choose your date, reserve enough space and invite the team with one RSVP link. Summit can arrange a deposit and confirm your setup. Ask the venue about off-hours dates and private rentals.
Ask Summit about your dateMake a night of it
Downtown Mount Vernon restaurants are nearby for a meal before or after throwing. Share the venue address and roadside or public-lot parking options with your group.
Good to know
How do we book a corporate or holiday party?
Send your preferred date, headcount, company name and setup requests through Summit’s party inquiry form. The venue confirms availability, pricing and any deposit. Once your event is booked, share the guest RSVP link and track responses on your private organizer page.
Can the company pay a deposit?
Yes. Summit can request a deposit for your event and send a secure payment link. The venue sets the amount and explains the terms. The request and payment status appear on your private organizer page; a deposit is not automatically required for every reservation.
How does the RSVP link work?
After booking, share the guest RSVP link with your coworkers. Guests respond and complete their waivers. Your separate private organizer page shows coming, declined and awaiting responses, plus waiver status. Keep the organizer link private.
Can Summit see our headcount before we arrive?
The venue team can see the event roster and waiver status. You can check the same information on your organizer page. Confirm your final headcount, food plans and setup requests directly with Summit so the team can prepare for your event.
How many employees can throw?
Summit has eight lanes for up to 48 throwers, with six per lane. A bay contains two lanes and holds up to 12 throwers. Reserve enough bays for your group; ask Summit about non-throwing guests and a whole-venue rental.
Can we host a weekday or off-hours party?
Summit offers private rentals outside normal business hours by arrangement, including weekdays. Public hours are Friday 5–9 PM and Saturday 3–9 PM. Contact Summit to confirm an off-hours date, staffing and the event price.
Can we bring food and drinks?
Bring food or have it delivered. Coordinate catering and party-space needs with Summit. Happy Street Brü Werks offers beer and hard seltzer on site for guests 21 and older; private-rental brewery service needs prior notice. Please drink responsibly.
Do employees need experience or special equipment?
No previous axe throwing experience is needed. An axe-pert explains safety and technique, and Summit provides the axes. Wear closed-toed shoes, complete the waiver and arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled time.
