Kids' birthdays, 10 and up

Throwers start at age 10, and an axe-pert runs every lane: the safety talk, the grip, the step, the release, and the coaching after. A parent or legal guardian signs each child's waiver, and an adult stays present for anyone under 18. Kids 10–17 throw for $25 an hour; ask Summit before checkout to apply kids pricing.

Bring the cake, the food, and non-alcoholic drinks. Summit does not serve food, which means the party eats exactly what the birthday kid wants.

  • An axe-pert coaches the whole lane the whole time
  • Up to six throwers per lane; book the party under one reservation
  • The party space can be reserved during normal hours for cake and presents
  • Closed-toed shoes for everyone who throws

Adult birthdays on a Saturday

Book the lanes you need under one reservation and Summit seats the group together, up to six per lane across eight lanes. Happy Street Brü Werks pours beer and hard seltzer on site for guests 21 and over, dinner is a block away downtown, and the scoreboard makes sure the birthday person's record is public.

The whole place to yourselves

For a bigger party, or a day Summit is not otherwise open, rent the venue: all eight lanes and the party space for two hours, any day outside normal business hours. Three packages, sized to the guest list: The Hatchet for 1–12, The Tomahawk for 13–24, and The Battle-Axe for 25–48. Bring food and non-alcoholic drinks; Happy Street Brü Werks service is available with notice. Every rental is quoted to the event.

Good to know

What is the minimum age for a birthday party?

Throwers must be at least 10. Anyone under 18 throws with an adult present, and a parent or legal guardian signs the waiver for each minor.

Can we bring a cake and food?

Yes. Summit does not serve food, so bring the cake, the food, and non-alcoholic drinks, or have takeout delivered.

Is there a party room?

Yes. The party space can be reserved during normal business hours, and it is included in every private rental.

How much does a kids' party cost?

Kids 10–17 are $25 per thrower for an hour, adults $30. Contact Summit before checkout so kids pricing is applied. Private rentals are quoted to the event.

What if our headcount changes?

Extra guests can pay in person as walk-ins if a lane has room, but no more than six throwers fit on a lane. Tell Summit as early as you can so the group stays together.

How far ahead should we book?

Friday and Saturday lanes fill, so book as soon as you have a date. Private rentals are quoted per event; send the date and headcount through the party form.

Do parents who are not throwing pay?

Only throwers are charged. Adults staying with the group to supervise do not need a lane spot.
